Secure-Edge Safety Consultancy and Institute (SSCI)

At SSCI, we are committed to delivering professional, reliable, and high-quality safety education and consultancy services. All students enrolling in our programs must carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions:


1️ General Conduct & Discipline

  • No student is permitted to display, distribute, or post any posters, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, or similar materials within SSCI premises without prior written approval from the administration.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited within SSCI premises.
  • Political, immoral, or unlawful activities are strictly forbidden in or around the institute premises. Violators will face immediate disciplinary action, including possible expulsion.
  • Private phone calls are not allowed during class hours. Emergency messages can be relayed via the administration.

2️Class Attendance & Behavior

  • Students must attend all classes punctually. Leaving class without tutor permission is prohibited.
  • Absences without prior intimation will result in a fine of Rs. 200/- per missed lecture.
  • Misbehavior or disruptive conduct will be reported to the administration, and suitable action, including fines or suspension, will be taken.

3️ Fee, Payment & Refund Policy

  • Full payment must accompany the registration form. Registrations without payment will not be processed.
  • Alternative payment arrangements must be formally approved in advance by SSCI’s administration.
  • SSCI reserves the right to revise course fees, dues, or charges at any time without prior notice. Such changes apply to all existing and future students.

Refund & Withdrawal Conditions:

  • NEBOSH IGC Courses:
    • 25% deduction for withdrawal requests made at least seven (7) days before the class start date.
    • 75% deduction for withdrawal requests made less than seven (7) days before class commencement.
    • 0% refund after registration confirmation.
  • ProQual NVQ, OTHM Level 6 & Level 7 Qualifications:

    • Once the fee is paid, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

    • This policy is in place because SSCI commits resources, trainer allocations, and awarding body registrations immediately upon confirmation to secure your qualification pathway.

    • The management of SSCI ensures that every enrolled candidate receives dedicated support, guidance, and a clear training plan to complete their qualification successfully.

    • We maintain transparency and professional integrity in all financial and academic matters to protect the interests of our students and ensure consistent service quality.

4️ Class Scheduling, Cancellations & Certification

  • SSCI reserves the right to revise class schedules, replace instructors, rearrange sessions, or cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If a class is cancelled by SSCI, students may opt for a full refund or enroll in an alternative session.
  • SSCI holds no responsibility for delays or changes in exam schedules, result announcements, or certification issuance by external awarding bodies such as NEBOSH, ProQual, or OTHM.

5️ Personal Belongings & Liability

  • The institute shall not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, vehicles, or valuables on its premises.
  • Students are advised to secure their vehicles properly while parked on SSCI property.

6️ Course Outcomes & Student Responsibility

  • While SSCI strives to deliver high-quality training and support, no guarantee is made regarding the successful completion of exams, NVQ portfolios, or job placements.
  • Students are responsible for attending classes, completing assignments, and fulfilling all course requirements.

7️ Non-Transferability

  • Course registrations, fee payments, and admissions are non-transferable to other individuals, courses, or sessions once confirmed.

8️ Legal Jurisdiction

  • In case of any disputes or legal matters, the jurisdiction will lie within the local courts of the city where SSCI operates.

9️ Grievance & Complaint Policy

  • Any grievances must be reported in writing to SSCI’s administration. Students are not permitted to involve third-party or external authorities without SSCI’s prior written consent.

  • SSCI commits to providing professional, qualified instructors, industry-standard facilities, and structured, certified programs to ensure a valuable, career-enhancing experience for every student.
